Sharjah’s particular problem
Sharjah has the UAE’s densest older apartment stock, and that shapes almost everything we treat here. Buildings in Al Nahda, Al Qasimia and Al Majaz frequently have shared plumbing voids and refuse rooms that connect dozens of units, which means a German cockroach population is rarely confined to one flat.
We are honest about this on the phone, because it affects what your money buys. Treating a single apartment in a building with a live shared infestation will clear your unit for a few weeks, then activity returns from next door. It is worth doing if you are about to move in or have a specific problem, but the lasting fix is a coordinated treatment through the building owner, and we will say so rather than sell you repeat visits.
Older villa areas bring the other half of the work: subterranean termites in original timber, and ants from irrigated gardens. Sharjah’s older villas with mature planting are among the highest termite-risk properties in the UAE, and damage is usually found late — in door frames, skirting and built-in wardrobes.
In the Industrial Area the work is rodent proofing and bait stations for warehouses, workshops and food storage, where the pressure comes from outside and sealing entry points matters more than trapping.
Evening appointments
Most of our Sharjah residential customers are at work during the day, so evening slots are normal here rather than an exception. Say what suits you when you message and we will schedule around it.
What you get
Free inspection, fixed written quote, no charge if you decline, Municipality-approved products applied by an ID-carded technician, a written service report with Safety Data Sheets, and free re-treatment if activity returns within 90 days.
If you are renting
In Sharjah, pest control in a shared building is often the landlord’s responsibility rather than the tenant’s, particularly where the source is communal — plumbing voids, refuse rooms, or a neighbouring vacant unit. Before paying for a treatment yourself, it is worth asking the building owner or the management company in writing, because a documented request tends to move things that a phone call does not.
We are happy to provide a written inspection report naming what we found and where it originates. Tenants use those reports regularly to show a landlord that the problem is structural rather than something they caused, and it is usually the fastest route to a building-wide treatment.
What to check before you call
Look under the kitchen sink, behind the fridge, and around any pipe that passes through a wall — gaps around plumbing penetrations are the most common route between flats in older Sharjah buildings. If you see activity at night that is gone by morning, photograph it. And do not spray first: over-the-counter sprays scatter cockroach populations and make the proper treatment slower and more expensive.
