What commercial clients actually need
A treated premises, and the ability to prove it. The second half is where most providers fall short, and it is the half that costs you during an inspection.
Every visit we make produces a dated service report: the technician, the areas covered, what was found, what was applied and what we recommend you fix. We keep copies. When an inspector asks for twelve months of records, that request is answerable.
Sectors we work in
Restaurants, cafes and kitchens. Cockroach and fly management using products approved for food premises, scheduled before opening or after closing. Most sites need an annual contract rather than one-off visits.
Hotels and hospitality. Bed bug response that is fast and discreet, plus routine treatment of back-of-house and service areas. Unmarked vehicles on request.
Warehouses and logistics. Rodent proofing and monitored bait station perimeters, which matter more than trapping where loading bays stay open and neighbouring plots are vacant.
Offices and retail. Scheduled treatment of kitchens, waste areas and service risers, usually out of hours.
Facilities management. Multi-building contracts scheduled and reported per building, so documentation matches how you are audited.
Getting a quote
Commercial work is quoted after a site visit — sector, size, layout and visit frequency change the programme too much for a price list to be honest. The visit is free and produces a written proposal.
