What you should ask for, from anyone
Dubai Municipality tells customers to verify a pest control company before booking. The checklist below is what they point people at. Ask any company for these — ours are listed here, and if a competitor hesitates to show you theirs, that is your answer.
- Municipality approval documentation — with number and expiry date
- Technician certification and pest control ID cards
- Proof that the products used are municipality-approved
- Safety Data Sheets for every chemical applied in your property
- A sample service report and treatment record
- A stated Integrated Pest Management approach, not just a spray list

Approvals are per emirate
Dubai Municipality, Abu Dhabi and each of the northern emirates run separate registers. A company approved in one is not automatically approved in another. We list our approvals emirate by emirate rather than making a blanket claim, and we do not take work in an emirate where we do not hold approval.
Safety
We work to Integrated Pest Management principles and use only approved products. Before any treatment your technician tells you the re-entry time, and afterwards you receive the Safety Data Sheet for everything applied. If you have young children, pets, or anyone in the property with a respiratory condition, tell us beforehand — it changes what we recommend.
