How we work
Integrated Pest Management, which in plain terms means: identify the species properly, find and remove what is sustaining it, then treat — in that order. It takes longer on a first visit than spraying does, and it costs less across a year because you are not paying for the same problem repeatedly.
It also means we will sometimes tell you something you did not want to hear: that the cockroaches are coming from the building’s risers and treating your flat alone will buy you three weeks, or that a contract is not worth it for your apartment. We would rather say that than take the booking.
Our technicians
Trained and municipality ID-carded, using only approved products, and required to document every job. If a technician cannot tell you what they applied and why, something is wrong — ours can, and they leave the Safety Data Sheets with you.
What we will not do
Quote a fixed price over the phone for bed bugs or termites, because it is impossible to do honestly without seeing the property. Treat a single apartment while telling you it will solve a building-wide infestation. Or use a product in a home with young children without telling you what it is and when it is safe to return.
