This policy explains what ZeroPest does with personal information when you use zeropest.ae or contact us about pest control work. It is written to be read, not to be waved at you, so it says what actually happens rather than reserving every right we could think of.

What we collect, and when
The inspection form on this site asks for four things: your name, your WhatsApp number, the kind of pest problem you are dealing with, and the area you are in. Nothing else is required, and there are no hidden fields collecting anything further.
When you submit that form, the details are recorded in this website’s database and a notification is emailed to us at the same time. Storing them is deliberate: email alone is unreliable, and a notification that lands in a spam folder used to mean an enquiry nobody ever saw. Those records can only be read by someone logged in to the site as an administrator. If you would rather your details were not stored on the site, message us on WhatsApp instead of using the form.
If you call or message us on WhatsApp instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation — typically your number, your address, and what you are seeing.
When we carry out work, we keep a service record: the address treated, the pest identified, the products applied, the areas covered and the re-entry time. Those records exist because municipality approval requires them and because landlords, facilities managers and inspectors ask for them.
What we do with it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, to quote, to schedule a visit, and to carry out and document the treatment. We use them to contact you about that job — including a follow-up if activity returns inside the ninety-day warranty.
We do not sell your information. We do not pass it to other companies for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a quote.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. There is no behavioural profiling and no retargeting pixel. A cookie is set only if you log in to the site’s administration, which applies to our own staff rather than to visitors.
Other companies involved
A few third parties necessarily see something when you use this site:
- Our hosting provider runs the servers and keeps standard access logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
- Google Fonts. The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. No other data is sent, and nothing is shared with Google about what you do on the site.
- WhatsApp. If you tap a WhatsApp button you leave this site and enter WhatsApp, where Meta’s own privacy terms apply to the conversation.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted from the website database once it is clear nothing is going ahead. Records of completed treatments are kept for as long as we are required to hold them for municipality and tax purposes, and are deleted afterwards.
Your rights
Under the UAE’s Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, and object to how we are using it. Ask, and we will do it — we will not make you fill in a form to exercise a right you already have.

Children
This is a service for property owners, tenants and businesses. We do not direct it at children and we do not knowingly collect information about them.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no mailing list to notify, which is rather the point.
